Our dedicated development team has just updated the following features to make it easier and faster for you to create magical experiences with your events on the Remo Conference platform!

We redesigned the My Profile page to give you more options to share information and connect with other guests:

To make your life easier, we’ve designed a new and improved Event Settings layout to help you speed through the process even faster than ever; here’s a taste of what it looks like:

We redesigned the Event Settings page to make it easier and faster to set up new events and edit your existing events:

We redesigned the system for tracking the activities of your guests, so you’ll have more accurate information about who attended, how many sessions your guests attended, the total duration of events they attended, and their interest and engagement with your sponsors.

Based on popular request, we redesigned the banner that appears at the top of your floor plan.

As an Event Host, when you click the button in your Control Bar to start Presentation Mode:

  • You’ll now be given the option to start the presentation with the microphone and camera already ON or already OFF.
  • In case you clicked the Present button by accident (that never happens!), you can recover by clicking the Do Not Present button.

In the past, you could left- or right-click on the name of a table to move to that table. But we removed that feature since most people just click on the table itself.

Ever wonder when and how to use the “Event End” button that was in the Post Event section of your Event Settings? Most people didn’t either, so to avoid confusion, we’ve removed it!

We’ve made it easier to share recordings of your event presentations:

  • You can share a link to view the presentation(s) (NOTE: The access link expires after 48 hours)
  • Note that anyone you share the link with can download the video (see the screenshots below)
  • If you want to give your audience access to the video for longer than 48 hours, here’s what you can do:
    • You can download the video
    • Upload the video to a hosting platform such as YouTube, Vimeo or stream it from a storage source such as Google Drive or DropBox

In the past, we’ve confused some event hosts by allowing them to change the starting time of their events AFTER the event has started or ended. So, we’ve turned off that ability.

Moving forward, if you need to duplicate an event, follow these instructions, then set the starting and ending date/time accordingly.
