Creating a hashtag raises your chances of social media users seeing your event. It creates a buzz around the event and also starts a conversation! Whenever you talk about the event on social media, be sure to use the hashtag as the more you use it, the more buzz you will generate around it!

10. Promote, Promote, Promote

Once you have selected your marketing campaign, you can't stop there; you need to keep promoting. Keep updating your social media profiles about the event. Engage with attendees, send more emails reminding attendees about the event. Keep promoting right up until the event starts. The more you promote, the more people will attend your job fair.
