Remo Floor Plans
What are floor plans?
Remo floor plans are the conversation mode environment where you and your guests will navigate, “walk” around, and have meetings. Each person is represented by their individual, customizable avatar that can move from table to table, floor to floor, or building to building.
Each table setting is its own private discussion area - some other platforms refer to them as breakout rooms.
Floor plans can be configured with up to 120 seats per floor (100 guest capacity) plus a private green room.
The only limit to your floor plan design is your imagination.
What are the floor plan features?
Tables
Tables are where your video conversations happen. It’s a bit like breakout rooms, but a lot more fun!
You can share your screen, use whiteboards, and have your own table chat.
Tables can host from 2 to 16 people.
Guests can be pre-assigned to tables and tables can also be locked or restricted guests from leaving
For larger presentations, simply jump in presentation mode!
Content banners
Content banners are basically small banners available anywhere you see fit on your floor plan, usually on the sides, back or front of the floor where you can plug images, videos, links, and more. By clicking on them, a window opens, displaying any information you see fit.
You can use them to promote your event sponsors of course, but also to showcase the event schedule, links to references, games, videos.
Build them as part of the architecture to enhance your design (Like a video in a fireplace broadcasting a warm fire) or a .gif of trees blowing in the breeze on your beach scene.
Perfect to add information, ambiance, or your sponsor's website.
Multiple floors
If you’re hosting a large event, like a webinar or conference, you might feel like one floor plan isn’t enough for everyone, and that is why you have access to a whole building! In said building you can navigate to different floors with our handy elevator menu.
Each floor is one floor plan, identical to the first floor.
once you jump in presentation mode, you bring the whole building with you, so don’t worry, no one can get lost.
Navigate up to 10 different floors in the same buildling.
Visually stunning immersive environments
You can use the Remo built-in environments, create your very own custom environment exactly how you want it, or hire professionals to do it for you! Recreate your office building, a beach, mount Everest, or a nice cozy coffee shop. The choice is yours!
