Remo’s conversation mode enables you to recreate any gathering virtually; you can walk around the space, join a conversation or meeting, have casual water cooler conversations, do speed networking, have mentorship sessions, trivia or puzzle solving, conduct a job interview from your fair booth, attract client interest from your expo booth, or have any other type of discussion.
When you get your Remo account, you get access to 2 modes Remo’s conversation mode, and presentation mode for all your events. Where Presentation mode allows all eyes on one focused stage, conversation mode allows for small group, private conversations that only the people at that table can see and hear.
Simply choose between different floor plans, which all include different table set ups. These tables act as breakout rooms, where you can have video conversations. Each table can have from 1 to 16 people. While in conversation mode, everyone in the event can move around, join different tables, and have discussions just like they would in real life.
Tables are where you’ll meet to have video conversations - some platforms call them breakout rooms. You can name your tables with the topic you’d like people to talk about, their workshop project, their team name, the games to play there, whose office it is, company name or presenter name for expos and booths. They can be used for 1-1 private discussions, team building games, booths at expos, meeting rooms, single “do not disturb” tables, VIP green rooms for hosts, or any smaller group activity or conversation.
You can share your screen, use whiteboards, and have your own table chat.
Tables can host from 1 to 20 people.
For larger presentations, simply jump in presentation mode!
There are of course situations when you need to pre-assign guest and meeting participants to specific tables. Don't worry - Remo's got you covered!

Every table has its own whiteboard that everyone can consult and contribute to. The whiteboards are the perfect tool to virtually re-create an in-person information table (as used in job fairs, poster sessions, and expos) pre-populated with downloadable flyers or company videos.
Whiteboards can be pre-filled before the event or meeting with information such as: Images, graphs, text, directions, etc.
Whiteboards can be set as view-only so they aren’t modified during the event if need be.
Use them for workshops, games, icebreakers, or to showcase important information for your event.
Make sure your attendees know what to do and when the next presentation or game will start with announcements and timers. You can remind them what to do in their workshop, announce the next presentation or webinar, set a timer for how much time is left on a game or task, it’s very easy, and versatile.
